French Donuts

Today we bring you a new recipe, easy and simple so that you can make it at home without problems. We recommend this recipe for a good breakfast or snack, or just for when you need sweet and you have one of our doughnuts at home.

This time it is about FRENCH DONUTS, for them we are going to need the following ingredients:

 

-1 protein donuts kindergarten

-1 egg or two egg whites

-50ml skimmed milk

-1 tsp cinnamon

TOPPINGS:

- Zero chocolate syrup

-Sliced almonds

-Sifted protein (optional)

Once we have the ingredients we go with the process:

-We cut the donut in half.

-Mix the egg with the skimmed milk and cinnamon on a plate.

-Soak the donut well on both sides and fry it in the pan.

-We put the toppings.

And ready to enjoy.
